Abu Dhabi, UAE – November 6, 2026: ADNOC Gas plc (“ADNOC Gas” or the “Company”) today announced the signing of a strategic collaboration agreement with Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) to explore a range of strategic opportunities aimed at strengthening gas supply security and enhancing the flexibility and resilience of the UAE’s energy infrastructure.
The agreement establishes a framework for the companies to evaluate collaboration across gas storage and processing, long-term gas supply arrangements and infrastructure. The companies will also explore opportunities in LPG and downstream products trading.
Fatema Al Nuaimi, Chief Executive Officer of ADNOC Gas, said: “This agreement brings together complementary infrastructure and capabilities to unlock greater value across the UAE’s gas network. By working with SNOC, we can create greater flexibility in how gas is moved, processed and stored, reinforcing security of supply while supporting the UAE’s continued industrial growth.”
H.E. Khamis Al Mazrouei, Chief Executive Officer of SNOC said: “We are delighted to partner with ADNOC Gas to build a stronger, more resilient and integrated UAE gas network. SNOC’s long-standing infrastructure, built and refined over decades of operation in Sharjah, complements ADNOC Gas’s growth program, creating the flexibility to store, process and deliver gas more efficiently. For Sharjah, the agreement means greater supply security, new investment in downstream and LPG opportunities, and a stronger role in the UAE’s energy future.”
The potential collaboration comes as ADNOC Gas delivers one of the world’s largest integrated gas growth programs. As these investments unlock additional supply, expanding the Company’s domestic customer base will support long-term demand alongside its international markets.
The program includes Rich Gas Development, which will expand gas processing capacity and increase the availability of natural gas for domestic customers, and Estidama, which will optimize and modernize ADNOC Gas’ pipeline network to support growing demand across the UAE. Together, these investments are strengthening the infrastructure needed to connect additional gas supply with existing and future customers.
